This training will discuss how to build and sustain a culture that cares for and supports your and your teachers’ mental health and wellness. Experts will highlight how fundamental these are to sustaining a healthy, vital culture and long-term success in schools!


Training Objectives:

1. Explore different factors that adversely affect administrator and teacher mental health in the school setting

2. Learn important strategies for supporting administrator & teacher mental health and overall wellness

3. Create a campus “wellness” plan for use throughout the school year

Vickie Echols, M.Ed.

Vickie has served over three decades in the field of education as a teacher, campus administrator and director of communication in Texas schools. In addition to a Bachelor of Science degree and teaching certificate in Elementary Education from Texas A&M University, Vickie earned a master’s degree from James Cook University in Australia supported by the Rotary International Fellowship program.

Tina R

Tina Robertson, LCSW

Tina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and joined Momentous Institute in January 2016. Her previous experience includes 20 years of work in the mental health field through various direct practice, community outreach and organizational leadership roles. She received her bachelor’s degree in English/Political Science from Jarvis Christian College and her master’s degree in social work from University of Texas-Arlington.
