Associate Training Director - APA Doctoral Internship
The Doctoral internship in Clinical Psychology at Momentous Institute has been fully accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA) since March of 2000. In 2024, Momentous Institute was awarded a 10-year reaccreditation by the APA. The next reaccreditation site visit will not be required until 2034. Momentous Institute offers practicum training opportunities for graduate students pursuing degrees in counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, and/or social work.
Master's Level Practicum
Students receive training in one of our two intensive group therapy programs, Huddle Up or Launch, and are also provided opportunities to develop skills in individual and family therapy with children, adolescents, and families.
Doctoral Level Practicum
Momentous Institute offers yearlong practicum training for students pursuing doctoral degrees in psychology. The program provides exposure to various opportunities including individual and family, assessments, and intensive therapeutic group programs with children, adolescents, and families.
