Free Webinar: Self-Regulation: Brain-Based Responses to Support Students through Big Emotions

Time: 3:30–4:30 PM

When big emotions take over, children can lose access to the skills they need to learn and maintain healthy relationships. Join Vanessa Stuart, Ph.D., and Brianna Sanford, M.Ed., in exploring how the brain can influence their ability to respond to stress in and out of the classroom.

Discover practical ways to teach children about their brains, use breathing to support regulation, and respond to different emotional states. You’ll leave with strategies to support emotional regulation and help children move toward regulation, connection, and readiness to learn.

Register to join us live or receive the recording afterward.
