Book Review

Simply put: this book is awesome. It is full of all those tiny things in life that are rarely celebrated, but definitely should be. Some examples:

Popping bubble wrap

When you’re really tired and about to fall asleep and someone throws a blanket on you

Blowing out all the candles on your first try

Dangling your feet in water

Celebrating your pet’s birthday even though they have no idea what’s going on

Gratitude is all about taking a moment to recognize the small things. We think the author of this book sounds like the most grateful person ever. We could all use this moment to remember to appreciate the small things in life. You might pick up “The Book of Awesome” and read a couple of pages a day. Maybe you could even start your own book of awesome. What tiny things can you appreciate today?
