Support educator wellness through guided facilitation.
Full Circle is a facilitator training designed for individuals who want to lead meaningful educator support groups. Participants learn how to guide structured, therapeutic circles that help educators process the emotional challenges of their work. Grounded in a trauma-informed, wellness-centered approach, the Full Circle model offers a proven framework for reducing burnout, addressing stress, and strengthening a sustainable culture of mental health within schools.
We know that many schools are experiencing rising levels of educator stress and burnout and are searching for meaningful, practical ways to support staff wellbeing. Full Circle is a school-based solution that brings monthly, facilitator-led circles directly to campus. In just 50 minutes, educators are given a safe space to reflect, connect with peers, and leave feeling more grounded and supported.
Whether you are a mental health professional or an educator seeking to support your colleagues, Full Circle provides the tools, structure, and confidence needed to lead impactful conversations. Schools value Full Circle for its flexibility, its ability to foster safe and supportive spaces, and its focus on sustaining educator wellness—without adding more to educators’ already full plates.
