Create Your Legacy
Legacy Giving and the Red Heart Society
The Red Heart Society recognizes individuals and families who have chosen to remember Salesmanship Club of Dallas and Momentous Institute in their legacy planning. It is our way of expressing our heartfelt gratitude to our many generous and visionary donors.

Ways to Create Your Legacy
Add one line to your will:
“I bequeath _____________ (either $_____, _____%, or ‘the residue’) of my estate to the Salesmanship Club Foundation, to support the work of Momentous Institute, for _________________________.”
Fill in the blanks based on your wishes:
• Specify an amount, percentage, or residue.
• Choose “for their unrestricted use” or designate a program, like Momentous School or Mental Health Services, with a clause that allows unrestricted use if the program no longer exists.
There are three ways to remember Momentous Institute through a gift of Life Insurance:
1. Name the Salesmanship Club Foundation as the beneficiary of your policy. Specify:
2. “to the Salesmanship Club Foundation for _____________________.”
3. Transfer ownership of a paid-up policy to the Salesmanship Club Foundation.
4. Open a NEW policy and name the Salesmanship Club Foundation as the owner. During your lifetime, you will receive an annual tax deduction for making a gift to Salesmanship Club of Dallas in the amount of the annual premium. And upon your death, the Foundation will receive the death benefit of the policy as a donation.
Name the Salesmanship Club of Dallas as a beneficiary of your IRA, 401(k), Keogh, or 403(b).
By doing so, you can avoid significant tax penalties while supporting critical mental health initiatives.
Your attorney and financial advisors will be able to recommend a legacy giving vehicle that is best for you. We can also provide you with a list of professionals that can assist you through the process.
