Celebrate spring with our FREE April downloads! Designed for caregivers and educators, these nature-focused activities help build social-emotional skills and strengthen connections through the power of the outdoors.

Here is what’s included:

1. Learning and Growing

Just like flowers in spring, you are learning and growing every day. This activity helps kids take time to think about what they’ve learned and can help them see how much they’ve learned!

2. Nature Show and Tell

Who doesn’t love a classic show and tell? It’s fun to share something you love with friends. A nature show and tell takes that fun outside. In this simple activity, children can explore nature and still leave the treasures they find in their natural environment.

3. Growing Kindness and Responsibility

Growing Kindness and Responsibility teaches children kindness through recycling and responsibility by caring for plants. They create planters from recycled containers, then plant and care for flowers, learning to nurture both the environment and their sense of stewardship.

4. Weather Mood Journal

Have you ever felt yucky on a rainy day or cheerful on a sunny day? That’s because the weather can affect your mood. In the activity, we invite you to take a few minutes each day to draw a picture of the weather and write about how it makes you feel.
